If we do not hear from you 10 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged half of your appointment fee, or a minimum of $25.00. Rebooking after a No-Show is at the discretion of a Boho Lash Manager.
We understand things come up unexpectedly and try our best to accommodate "emergency" type situations (sickness/deaths/last minute work meetings). If you need to cancel/move your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will need to CALL us directly to do so. A Late cancellation fee may be charged at that time. *If you arrive 10 minutes or later to your scheduled appointment, your service may need to be rescheduled due to not enough time to fulfill your appointment time. A late cancellation fee may also be charged at this time.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
